Thistle Thursday


Food of the gods makes its way to a humble table in the Santa Cruz Mountains. This edible thistle is stuffed with a three mushroom shallot garlic basmati rice sauté mixed with spinach and sweet orange peppers topped with crisp pan fried pork gyoza.
