What’s the one item in your kitchen you can’t possibly cook without?
For me, it would be difficult to cook without herbs de Provence because the herbs draw, enhance or capture the flavors in the food. (I am specific in meaning herbs from Provence, not the herbs made and marketed here in the states. There is a difference.)
