There is a walkway that stretches out at the edge of the sandy beach frequented by joggers, bicyclists, moms with babies in strollers, dogs leashed with their walkers, young and old strolling in the sun, in the fog, in the wind, in the rain, no matter what the day brings and at any hour. It’s a favorite spot for many, including myself. After a short one mile + walk, you reach the end of the road to find this wall. Since my last walk before the busy winter holidays until a day or two past, many plaques and memorials have been installed, including this one.
