Matt Dunn decided to give the money that he is not paying towards rent to charities oh hopes to generate awareness in the wider community by walking 500 laps of Willis Island during his 6 month posting between October 2013 and April 2014 as weather observer at the Willis Island Meteorological Office.
For the five 100-lap segments Matt will dedicate that money to a different charity.
