Changed me. Simplistic Rhyme, solitary picture.

Could not resist to reblog this piece from the numpty with a camera and laptop… it begins:
All these things have changed me,

The numpty with a camera

DSC_0869BLOG

All these things have changed me,
bit by bit,
the journey from a life
which did not fit.
Closing doors to past days,
letting go.
Removal from the things
I used to know.
A better way for us
is where I lead.
My children, pets, friends, love,
that’s all I need.
Contentment at this scale
I’ve never known.
Heart nourished the first time,
I have grown.
So, as we take our wander
by the sea,
I know there is no other
life for me.
I could not want for more,
or even less,
surrounded and enriched
by happiness.

    1. Hi there Shaun, I was actually in the middle of writing my acceptance blog for this very same award which I received yesterday. I’m touched that you, the one who created this award is personally awarding me. I feel loved. What di you suggest ?

      1. Just add my name into “Thank you to these 2 people for awarding me with this Award” then nominate 10 people. so you are doing 2 awards, just saying thank you to me and the other person who awarded you…

        You follow?
        lol

      2. Nominated by the founder/creator of the “WordPress Family Award” , Shaun Gibson and by SCSurfBurtler.
Both awarded me this special award, which is reserved for folks in Cyberspace who are unceasingly kind, sympathetic, encouraging, and open to laughter – and who keep each other going by sharing, commenting, and making personal connections even though they may actually be virtual strangers.

Thank you both for this prestige award, which I shall post to the blogagaini side bar as a symbolism in having achieved the qualities recognized herein. If for any reason, I do not hold up truths bound to this award, I shall relinquish it’s post.

      1. WOW..Some speech…you really put your heart into that one 🙂
I am glad you found a solution..

        Shaun
