weekly photo challenge: color (one image different moods)

My entry this week is a distinctive copper-green Flatiron style structure, the Columbus Tower, also known as the Sentinel Building, completed in 1907, and is the home or the privately run film studio, American Zoetrope, founded by Francis Ford Coppola and George Lucas.

This weeks’ photo challenge share a picture in which color takes center stage.

Sanpped with iPod, filter edit with Photo Studio on iPod, posted with iPod. Because I have a problem with uploading photos using The WordPress App, I had to use my computer. Other than that, made by a moble device.

  1. I like them all, but my favorite is the last one-I love the color, especially the sky-the building is very impressive as well.
Thank you too for stopping by Move the Chair-I appreciate you taking the time to look-and I look forward to seeing more of your work.

  6. Hi there!

I really like the image filters you implemented. If I may ask, how did you go about applying the different filters? I’ve recently started looking into image filtering and augmentation. As a programmer, from a software development point of view I find it quite interesting 🙂

    • Hi there! It’s all a simple process. Open the photo in the app, select your filter and apply the filter. In these photos, I’ve used the PhotoStudio, which has a large selection, Cartoonatic, which gives the photos a cartoon effect and Snapseed. These are all applied after having the photo.
